Gail Suberbielle is a south Louisiana photographer, community college English professor, and freelance writer and editor. She has taught composition and literature for more than 20 years and has extensive experience with writing and editing. Gail loves reading, birds, nature, running, dogs, food and family, including her husband Brian and “fur-kids” Sissy and Sam.

Greetings! I am an experienced writer and editor who can help you with all of your writing, editing, proofreading and research needs, from dissertation/thesis editing/proofreading to proposal writing and more. I have bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and a doctorate in adult learning and development. With more than 20 years as a college English professor and administrator, I have worked with hundreds of students to help them turn their ideas into polished finished written works. I also have experience working for a monthly magazine as a contributing writer, writing feature articles as assigned and a monthly column.
I am well-versed in MLA, APA, and AP styles and have experience with technical writing and the ability to produce policy briefs, grant proposals, project reports, instruction guides, or any other writing project you might need. I also can help with editing and proofreading and am skilled at page layout and design.

Note: Hourly rates include an up-front deposit to be held in escrow until completion of the project, at which time any unused funds will be returned.
